Using Exergy Digital
Lighting Controls
Virtual Zones
Exergy ’s digital fixture assignment
permits zones to be created virtually – allowing groups of fixtures
to run in opposing directions. In this classroom example:Teachers can focus student attention by increasing fixture illumination row-by-row (rows 1 through 4) the closer they are to the whiteboard.
At the same time rows A through C are progressively dimmed (depending on distance from windows) in response to natural daylight from windows.
Fixtures within the footprint of skylight illumination have their light output further reduced to maintain uniformity of the selected scene.
